Women’s Day: Celebrating Progress, Overcoming Challenges, and Rising Together

When women rise, the world rises.

International Women’s Day is more than just a date on the calendar—it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and honor how far we’ve come. Women everywhere have fought for education, leadership roles, and workplace equality. We’ve stepped into boardrooms, made groundbreaking discoveries, built businesses, and redefined success on our own terms. And yet, we all know—the journey isn’t over.

The Struggles We Still Face

  • Balancing It All – The pressure to juggle career, family, and personal growth can feel like an impossible act. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be to feel like you have to do everything perfectly. But real balance? It’s about making intentional choices that truly matter to you.

  • Confidence & Visibility – I’ve met so many incredible women who doubt themselves despite their talents. Imposter syndrome creeps in, and we hesitate to take up space. But here’s the truth: You are enough. You belong. You have something valuable to say.

  • Workplace Inequality – The gender pay gap is real. Women, especially women of color, still face barriers in career advancement. That’s why we need to support each other—advocate for fair policies, mentor other women, and create opportunities for growth.

  • The Expectation to Put Ourselves Last – We’ve been told that taking care of ourselves is selfish. But you can’t pour from an empty cup. Prioritizing your dreams, your well-being, and your happiness isn’t an afterthought—it’s essential.

How We Move Forward—Together

  • Own Your Story – Every step you’ve taken, every challenge you’ve faced, and every success you’ve achieved matters. Your journey is worth celebrating.

  • Lift Other Women Up – Let’s build each other up instead of competing. A kind word, a recommendation, or just showing up for someone can make all the difference.

  • Invest in Yourself – Whether it’s learning something new, setting boundaries, or simply taking time for yourself, remember: You deserve this.

  • Take Action – Change happens when we stand together. Whether it’s speaking up, mentoring, or supporting women-owned businesses, every small step adds up.

This Women’s Day, I hope you take a moment to appreciate your own journey. Celebrate the women who inspire you, and most importantly, celebrate yourself. Because when women rise, the world rises with us.

How are you celebrating today? Let’s start the conversation.

Happy International Women’s Day!

You're feeling lost, right? You're staring at your future, and it's a big, scary blank. I get it. I've been there. I climbed the corporate ladder, thinking that was the golden key to happiness. But let me tell you, it wasn't. I hit a wall, hard. And that's when I decided to jump off.

I ditched my 30+ year high power career, packed my bags, and found myself in India, doing yoga. Yeah, yoga! And then I hiked through Turkey, feeling the wind on my face, the earth beneath my feet. It was terrifying, exhilarating, and life changing. I discovered my purpose, my peace, my health, and, most importantly, my true self.

I know what it’s like to struggle and face life’s curveballs. I’ve worked my way through college while juggling a full-time job, raised my daughter, navigated divorce, and found love again. I’ve been outsourced, survived multiple mergers and acquisitions, and faced challenges that pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined.

Now, I'm here to help you navigate your life transitions. My mission? To guide you in uncovering your core values, finding balance, and breaking free from what's holding you back. I'm not just talking the talk; I've walked the walk.

Together, we'll set powerful goals, embrace vulnerability as your superpower, and create a life that truly resonates with who you are. This isn't just guidance; it's about making a lasting impact on your life—one filled with clarity, purpose, and joy.

Let’s get started on this journey together!
